College Park Softball Team
If you are interested in playing on the College Park Missionary Church softball team, here is what you need to know:
1. You must be in our Sunday Celebration at least three times each month during the season. This service begins at 10:00 am each Sunday and is usually dismissed by 11:30.
2. The season will begin in April and include 14 doubleheaders for a total of 28 games plus a season-ending tournament.
3. Two to three practices will be held prior to the season. You would be expected to participate.
4. Games will be played at Cedar Road Missionary Church in Osceola, IN.
5. Cost for participation will be $45 per player plus the cost of a shirt. The shirt cost will be minimal. The participation fee can be defrayed by your selling tickets to our Spaghetti Supper fundraiser.
6. You are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude and behavior as you are representing College Park on the field as well as before and after the games.
7. We are planning to have fun this summer. We want to win, but exercise, enjoyment and camaraderie are more important and will be our emphasis.
